About Me
I was born to Spanish parents in the East End of London in Britain. Growing up I always took an interest in food and the art and skill of how to create and cook different dishes. I learned a lot of good home Spanish cooking from my Mother and Grandmother, their influences helped my own cooking skills evolve and allowed me to experiment with food and tastes. I love to give pleasure to people through good food, there is nothing like it, helping to bring people togther, as they share, smile, laugh and talk while enjoying fantasitic food. It really is gratifying.
Due to my surroundings growing up I was exposed to many different cultures and cuisines and as such it has taught me to embrace many types of gastronomy to include fusion styled dishes. Over the years I have travelled and stayed in many areas of Spain and sampled a lot of the cuisine that the country has to offer. I've been to traditional tapas bars and the more elaborate restaurants with their a-la-carte menus and Mitchelin stars, but some of the most outstanding cooking with heart and soul has come from the households in Spain, where for centuries traditional recipes have been handed down through generations from mother to daughter.

I will provide all the ingredients and cooking equipment and bring them directly to you so you can start enjoying your experience, the hardest choice you will have to make is which dishes you would like to be taught how to prepare and cook. The idea is to not only learn, but as each dish is cooked by you, you can then sit down and eat the fruits of your labour, what a treat while learning!
My cooking lessons will make a ideal hobby or pass time for those of you who love food and cuisine. Maybe you would like to book a cooking lesson while here on holiday in your villa or holiday appartment, just like many of my customers have done in the past. A wonderful one off experience that you will treasure and learn from.
