Paella. (Spanish rice and Shellfish dish)

National dish of Spain, originally a dish cooked by Spanish fishermen using some shellfish caught that day, finished off using the most versatile ingredient rice and something used nearly every day in Spanish homes. Who said you have to have a fiesta to eat this amazing dish.
This tasty version is made with cray fish.
(Rice, peas, red peppers, prawns, clams, mussels, squid, chicken, garlic,
onions, tomatoes, fish stock, sweet paprika, fresh parsley, salt and pepper to taste, white wine, olive oil for cooking)
