The great thing about this dish is that it can be prepared the day before. It is ideal for a party as part of a Spanish buffet, or for lunch with a crispy mixed salad. Eaten hot or cold.
(Chicken wings, garlic, one orange, sweet sherry, sweet paprika, dried mixed herbs, plain flour)
